The Super Foods Black Rice Burger is a great tasting, premium burger made from black rice, quinoa, nutrient dense superfoods, and seasonings. All of Paul's research culminated with our Original SuperFoods Black Rice Burger. it was not as fantastic on the first 20-25 tries, but he nailed it on this one! We have entire families purchasing our Burgers and telling us how much they love it... including the kids! We love to hear that children love to eat our super healthy burgers!
Hot & Spicy Flavor
Everyone asks us, "How spicy is it?" The answer is very subjective, so we just say, "It is not Buffalo Wing spicy, but it has great flavor!"

Our "hot & spicy" flavor comes from blend of cayenne and vinegar. It adds a bit of "zip" to your salad, goes perfectly with an egg, and stands up to a mound of vegetables or a healthy roll. The possibilities are Super!
Spice Road Blend
When are always experimenting, and are finding that Black Rice goes with just about everything from Chocolate to Cumin. Our Spice Road Flavor is so new, we have only started producing it for family and friends.

Our Favorite Black Rice Burger Ideas
We love our black rice burger sauteed in an pan with a drop of olive oil, or not, however, sometimes our creative juices get the best of us and we need to "create"! So, below we have shared a few of our favorite ways to eat and prepare our delicious black rice burgers. Remember - Our black rice burgers are fully cooked when you buy them, but it is always best to thoroughly heat them before you eat them.
1 Pan Prepared in Minutes!

Whether you bought our burgers frozen or fresh from Paul, we have found that you can prepare them both the same way and get the same delicious result. The only thing you need to change is how long you cook them in the pan.
From Fresh or Thawed: In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a drop of extra virgin olive oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until hot.

From Frozen: In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a drop of extra virgin olive oil and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until hot.
2 Ground Beef Substitute & TACOS!!!

Don't tell Paul, but you can break apart your burger patties into an amazing ground beef substitute. Use it to stuff peppers, to stuff mushroom caps, and to mix with chili peppers/powder for the healthiest tacos on the planet! Add in some black garlic and chili powder, then scoop it up in organic blue corn chips, or stuff your blue corn soft tortillas and top with fresh, healthy salsa. SuperYumm!!
3 SuperFoods Your Pasta

If you are a pasta lover, we can help add some superfoods to your Italian Feast! Crumble a burger or two into your favorite sauce, to make a super healthy meatless bolognese sauce. We have also added a layer of crumbled burgers into our homemade vegetable lasagna to add a bit more protein and tons of anti-oxidants to a family meal.
Why not make superfood black rice meatballs while you are at it...? Just crumble and reform the black rice burgers into 2 meatballs per burger. Our bet is that your family will want your "super meatballs" every meal!!
4 Super Food Your Salad

After you have quickly mastered pan preparing our SuperFoods black rice burger patties, you are now ready to top your salad with our superfoods burgers.

Top your favorite spinach and kale mix salad with a cooked and chilled SuperFoods black rice burger for a salad that is not only the healthiest you can make, but also filling and and will keep you going beyond 5 O'Clock!
5 Sauteed Burger Crumbles

We do live in or near Philadelphia, so why not make a SuperFoods Cheesesteak with peppers and onions...? We say, YES! Sautee the onions in in a drop of extra virgin olive oil, add in the peppers when the onions start to become "clear", then add in the SuperFoods burger crumbles to fill your favorite healthy bread or wrap. Hit it with some homemade Ketchup (tomato paste, vinegar, seas salt, and garlic salt) and use a touch of cumin scented yogurt instead of cheese, to lend a bit of creaminess and kick.
6 Potato, Rice, or Pasta Substitute

Substitute your Potato, Rice, or Pasta Side with one of our SuperFoods Black Rice Burgers. We eat them as a substitute for hash browns, mix them with our favorite pasta sauce (forget the pasta!), and crumble our SuperFoods burger instead of rice when you are making your next stir fry. Hmmm... Vegetable Fried Rice using our Black Rice Burgers!?!?
