While we try to make ordering our SuperFoods products easy, shipping them is where it gets difficult.  We ship frozen products, that are made with all-natural products and nothing artificial.  That includes preservatives and binding agents.

With that said, we have worked with a shipping Guru, who has allowed us to use his proprietary cold shipping boxes and super cool shipping gel blankets.  We can confidently ship up to 3 days from the Philadelphia area and have our product arrive still frozen.  No one will guarantee frozen products shipped for 3 days, not even us, but we feel that we have this solved the best it can be... even in the Summer!

If you do order our SuperFoods products, please keep an eye on the tracking information and make sure you get the package immediately into your freezer when it arrives.  If you have a big staff, or front desk team, please let them know that a "Perishable" product is arriving for you today.

The box, foam insulation, and awesome gel blankets are great to hold onto if you are going to use these burgers for a barbecue.  Please recycle what you can afterwards or use it for a cooler on your next trip to the beach or lake.

As we said above, we do not guarantee that your product will be frozen when you get it, because sometimes delivery companies make mistakes, but we can help if you are watching your tracking info and let us know when things go wrong.  We cannot watch the tracking on each package we ship, so you letting us know will allow us to start working on our end to help you as much as we can.  We do know People, so let us help you.

If we send your package and some major storm event or something just as bad happens, then call us immediately (Ask for Jim at 860-856-0711) and we will work on getting you your products another way of we can.  If not, then we will work with you to get you new products, or a refund of the product price.

Trust us... we want you to have your product arriving in perfect condition as much as you do!  We have been in your shoes, so we understand the pressure to do it right on our end as well.
