Shipping Frozen Foods is not easy, but we have consulted a shipping guru (Thanks Walt!), and he helped us sort it all out the best it can be.  To start, we ship in a propreitary box with some very super freezing gel.  That does not mean that your SuperFoods Burgers or Goods are guaranteed to get there frozen.  Nobody can guarantee that and nobody does.  However, we will help the best we can to work with you to prevent it, and make it right if we can.

Expect & Respect Your Delivery: Your SuperFoods Goods will NOT be safe sitting in your hot car or on your porch for days after they are delivered.  We ship them frozen, so you please keep them at least cool until you can get them into your freezer ASAP.  It's the least you can do!

 

To avoid a SuperFoods melt-down, please make sure you tell the person that they have a "perishable box" of the most delicious and nutritious SuperFoods Products coming.  Surprises are cool, but not when it is hot out... get it?!?

 

So, let's say you order your product on a Tuesday... that is great! We like orders on Tuesdays.  We will ship it out by Wednesday. 

 

However, let's say that you order your product on a Friday (blame it on the glass of wine!), we will not ship it until the following Monday or Tuesday.  We hate to have your SuperFoods products melting-down in a warehouse or truck over the weekend.  Sure, most companies still move things on a Sunday, but do you really want us taking that chance with your SuperFoods goods??

 

Now, let's say that a big storm knocks-out power and trees block the road to your best friend's house in Massachusetts (I spelled that right!), and your friend cannot get the SuperFoods goods. Oh Nooo!  We will make it right!  But only after the trees are cleared, and we know our burger babies or SuperFoods goods will be safe the next shipment.  It happens... we all come away more Super in the end!

With all that said, it may take us 3 days to ship-out your product, because we like to ship our goods when they are freshly made.  We hold very little inventory because of that, and we like ti that way, and so will you!

 

Did we mention that we only ship to locations and states that are 2-3 days from Philadelphia, PA?!!?  Yes, that is what we said.  If you take a peak at the UPS Ground Shipping Map (Go HERE to see it, and use Zip Code 19382 as the "Ship From" Location), you will see a cool colored map that shows how many days it takes to get to different places around the contiguous states from the Philadelphia Area.  We only ship within the Contiguous US States... sorry Alaska and Hawaii (why are we apologizing to people who live in beautiful Hawaii?!). 

 

If you Hawaiians want SuperFoods Burgers, then we will happily bring them to you... but you pay for our flights and hotel stay for 4 nights... we will bring enough for a Vegan Luau!

 

Some Legal Stuff:  If we send you or your friends and family SuperFoods Burgers, it is up to you to make sure you receive them.  We will not track shipments or bring them inside for you or your friends.  It just won't happen.  We will know when they arrived, so it is up to you to prove that the products arrived melted as soon as possible.  Let's all do the right thing here, so keep an eye on your tracking info and let us know if something looks screwy before it goes bad so that we can call UPS and get this sorted.  We want it to be all good as much as you do!  Really... we do!!
