Sautee/Skillet/Flat Top - Pre-Heat to Medium Heat. Spray surface with a healthy cooking oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned. Serve immediately.
Convection Oven - Pre-Heat oven to 365 degrees F. Place in rows on parchment lined sheet pan. Heat for 25 minutes until golden brown and hot in the center. Serve immediately or hold hot for no more than 2 hours.
Propane or Charcoal Grill - Pre-Heat grill and spray grill liberally with food release grilling spray. Place SuperFoods burger over medium setting for 4 minutes on each side.
